The Resources Building is 258 feet high with 17 stories and an elevator penthouse. There are 656,625 gross square feet and 581,100 rentable square feet of office space. The building is made of precast, prestressed concrete panels. This, as well as marble covered pillars, makes the building one of a kind in downtown Sacramento.
